I started workout out before the BTFC so I have a rolling start into the program.

Workout:

Treadmill with an 8% to 12% Incline for 9:05 min and distance of 0.5 mi, Power Clean, Swimming

Diet:

Don’t remember but it was with in range.

Day - 1 | 7/25/2011

Words:

I went to the gym at 6PM to get my fitness assessment. I didn’t not like when the treadmill went to a 14% incline nor my grip strength. My main victory is that I am above average in flexibility.

Workout:

Squat, Standing Military Press, Power Cleans, Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown & Insanity Fit test.

Diet:

I stayed with in range of my 1900 Calorie diet had some Chicken Breast and some brown rice.

Day - 2 | 7/26/2011

Words:

Got my fitness results at 11AM from the gym. Well I got my car impounded after I hit the gym and brought my BCAAs and Whey Protein from vitamin shoppe. #FML

Workout:

Insanity Disc 2 & Steep incline for 2 mi on treadmill

Diet:

EXCELLENT had 12 ounces of chicken breast for lunch, dinner was a simple Qdoba burrito and chips.

Day - 3 | 7/27/2011

Words:

Never spent so much money in a day I got my car back and put it in the shop $$$$ Shitty Fucking Day, fucking traffic court, just bullshit all around the board!

Workout:

NONE (this can not fucking happen often)

Diet:

F.U.B.A.R. (Fucked Up Beyond All Recognition)
