3-Months (HALF-ASSED)
- Gained 11lbs of Lean Muscle.
- Dropped 11lbs of Fat Mass
- 25.4% Body Fat to 20.82
- Forever banished myself from having a beard.
I have a coach now and plan using Intermitting fasting and powerlifting to reach the next level of my goals.
Goals
- Reach 15% Body Fat or better
- 405lb Deadlift, 305lb Squat, 225lb Bench
- Gain 1lb of muscle a week LEAN GAINS!!!!
- Certain for sure after this cycle I’m in 4-Pack land.
