Re-Invention of Stan

My Progress (11lb Muscle Gain) w/ Pics (4MONTHS)
3-Months (HALF-ASSED)
  1. Gained 11lbs of Lean Muscle.
  2. Dropped 11lbs of Fat Mass
  3. 25.4% Body Fat to 20.82
  4. Forever banished myself from having a beard.

I have a coach now and plan using Intermitting fasting and powerlifting to reach the next level of my goals.

Goals

  • Reach 15% Body Fat or better
  • 405lb Deadlift, 305lb Squat, 225lb Bench
  • Gain 1lb of muscle a week LEAN GAINS!!!!
  • Certain for sure after this cycle I’m in 4-Pack land.
