My Progress (11lb Muscle Gain) w/ Pics (4MONTHS)
3-Months (HALF-ASSED)
Gained 11lbs of Lean Muscle.
Dropped 11lbs of Fat Mass
25.4% Body Fat to 20.82
Forever banished myself from having a beard.
I have a coach now and plan using Intermitting fasting and powerlifting to reach the next level of my goals.
Goals
Reach 15% Body Fat or better
405lb Deadlift, 305lb Squat, 225lb Bench
Gain 1lb of muscle a week LEAN GAINS!!!!

Fuck Christmas
I’ve been ever increasing prudent on my spending habits and debt and also direct family members. I am currently growing my cash flow postive hustle/business and I am thinking to myself before I get my awesome house, car, or lifestyle I must debt free my current lifestyle.
I think about my student loans everyday and I am hell bent on getting that account to $0.00 and saying Thank / Fuck...

It's Alive!
My experiment with importing hair products from Asia is slowly becoming a business. I am around $1,500 in revenues, secured a $600 line of credit and seem to turn over my inventory weekly. I am now ordering by the kilogram. I am going to keep flipping profits and my pay checks into this project - If I hit my goal in profit I will be incorporating I want to be egotistical and name the company...

Since being laid off I’ve been living 100% from what I call my paranoid savings… having been completely broke for the entire Summer of 2010 I saved ever dime as if a Great Depression was coming (GREAT MOVE!).
